1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are final.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Shopify.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

2. High-Value Collectibles

  • All trading cards and sealed collectibles are carefully packaged and tracked.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or tampered items.

3. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
  • PayPal buyer protection may apply.

4. Liability

  • VAULTA TCG is not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to the use of our products.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
